Urban & Country Realty (Pty) Ltd is a boutique real estate company that is accredited by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The company is located in Johannesburg’s northern suburbs and specializes in the sale and rental of residential and commercial properties throughout Gauteng, with the aim of growing into a national brand. The company’s mission is to provide real estate services par excellence through building enduring relationships with our clients by firstly understanding where they are in life, their real estate requirements/goals and ensuring that our service offering is targeted towards helping them achieve those goals and thereby: Aligning Address with Aspiration. As real estate is in most asset portfolios the most significant and important investment for both households and businesses alike, ensuring a proper valuation is done beforehand is key to ensuring that clients get good value for money and/or are enabled to unlock and extract value from their assets. Values such as integrity, relationships, value creation, equity, service excellence, and continuous improvement are embedded in the company’s ethos and permeate every sphere of the business. The owner holds himself and all that is associated with the business to the highest standards in striking the important balance of always acting in the best interests of both the seller or landlord on the one hand and the buyer or tenant on the other while always abiding by the PPRA’s code of conduct.

Leadership
The owner and principal realtor, Zukile Majikela is a qualified Master Practitioner in Real Estate [MPRE] who joined the real estate market with a long and illustrious career in corporate as a treasury professional. He holds a BCom (Accounting and Commercial Law) from Rhodes University, a Certificate in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) charter holder with various other world-class treasury & finance related qualifications. He is a high-performing agent who has through 2017-2019 achieved and retained Platinum Club member status in the previous agency where he interned and qualified as an estate agent. His Commercial Law background and the attention he pays to detail have served him well in many respects in the real estate market. He is a straight shooter and a good negotiator that is always prepared to go the extra mile to serve the needs of his clients. He covers residential, commercial, and development properties in Joburg’s northern suburbs and Centurion areas. His mantra is “You want anything done right, do it yourself”.
